Background

Previously, only company executives had access to company-level insights. To empower company employees to measure their well-being based on their in-app Daily Check-Ins, I designed the first-ever user-level insights dashboard.

  • +31k

Increase in weekly responders to Daily Check-Ins (24k to 55k)

  • 85%

Completion rate of out-of-box experience (OOBE)

  • 90%

Interaction rate among insights dashboard users

  • 72%

Rated the dashboard a 4 or 5 at effectively measuring their wellbeing

Science-backed methodology

We created a science-backed burnout assessment by combining elements of the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES). However, we field responses one day at a time to build the habit of checking in with yourself.

The benchmark range is the range of responses from of all other app users. As such, it may change over time as the group changes.

We use a benchmark range instead of an optimal range because it is more realistic, achievable and sustainable. It is unlikely that you will consistently achieve 100% in any well-being area over time. By using a benchmark range, we can help you track your progress and make gradual improvements to your well-being.
