  • His potential is unlimited, possessing the work ethic to realize any dream. Eric has gained the confidence of the entire working group, I'm forced to keep up with him and I could not want it any other way. We often discuss delivering what users need rather than exactly what they are asking for. This is something Eric takes to heart and does really well, he takes the time to understand the problem statement.   • Eric leads one of the most challenging north star projects, Virtual Meeting. Eric's ability to spot design trends and adapt them into the strict confines of JPMC is remarkable. I argue that the new virtual meeting design is on par or better than any virtual meeting concept out there, including Zoom. We constantly hear during demos how clean and easy the virtual meeting room is to use. This is what you want your customers to say. This is directly due to the hard work, tireless effort and expertise of Eric. I've also seen Eric grow into a leader. You don't have to manage people to be a leader. Eric leads by example in his work but also motivates and works through challenging conversations with product and tech teams. For a designer to do this, albeit early in his career, is unprecedented. So proud of Eric and his hard work. Eric is a testament to the outstanding talent and future leaders within our firm.
